Smuggling weapons in or out of the country is a serious offense. A group would be suspected of this sort of dealing. As the sun began to set, a GMC Denali was spotted by the boat docks for a period of time. This activity or lack thereof created suspicion among law enforcement monitoring the area.

As soon as a patrol agent approached the vehicle, things turned dangerous in an instance. Law enforcement would respond to the escalation.
