A suspect refused to be detained by a border patrol agent. The officer attempted to reason with the individual for several minutes. With the CBP agent being a thorn in his side during the trail. He decided to get quite defensive and armed himself with a blunt weapon laying nearby.

This sort of escalation rarely ends peacefully. Unfortunately the suspect would find this out the hard way.
