This story involves an interesting encounter in Las Cruces, NM. On many main roads that near borders, there are border checkpoints for entry. Drivers are expected to adhere to pull into them and provide US Customs Border patrol services their information prior to continuing the path.

Joel Inbody, a US citizen driving a white Nissan Rogue, decided to bypass the checkpoint. This would prompt the Border Patrol agents to investigate, why. Inbody decided not to stop for the sirens, as a low speed chase ensued. Refusal to comply would continue…even on foot.
